Selank TherapyA guide to care questions

A plain-language guide · Where to begin with care

Bring the concern before the product request.

If you want help but do not know which kind of appointment to look for, start by describing the problem you want assessed. You can mention Selank without making it the purpose of the whole visit.

Choose a place for a conversation

You could start with your current clinician, a clinic visit in person, or telehealth through a licensed service. Telehealth lets you speak with a clinician remotely, using video or exchanging messages online, for example.

When looking at a service, ask whether it assesses anxiety and discusses a range of care options. Ask who will see you and how you can put questions to that person.

Medical-board guidance says an online visit needs the same standard of care as a visit in a room.

If an assessment needs an examination or a test, that guidance calls for the clinician to arrange it or refer you onward.

A consultation is not a guarantee of Selank

As of September 30, 2026, Selank was not a US-approved medicine.

Its human anxiety evidence rests on small studies with important limits.

A useful opening question is: what care options with stronger evidence could we discuss for the concern I have described? Allow for the possibility that the answer may leave Selank out.

Make the next step specific

Before choosing a visit, ask what the assessment includes, what it costs, and how follow-up questions work. If you are comparing a screen visit with an in-person visit, use the same questions for each.

Write down the answer in ordinary words. A phrase you cannot explain back is a good place to ask for more detail.
